These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of techspark.dev ("the Site"), operated by Elminson De Oleo Baez ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is a portfolio page showcasing products built by the operator. It is informational in nature and does not itself process payments, host user accounts, or collect user-submitted content.
